It's a tradicional family owned hotel with creaking stairs and without an elevator, but the rooms are modern and very clean. The owner is very friendly, and breakfast is good. The fact that it's situated not exactly in a posh neighbourhood did not bother us at all as we felt safe in every moment and the connection with the city centre is good,

Reception closes early. When we arrived there was no reception and no phone number to call. I had to look it up myself and when I called they gave me a code to get my key. They advertise free parking and I guess that's true if you are one of the lucky ones to actually get one of the extremely limited spots. The rooms were fine. The hotel isn't in a nice area but is an easy tram ride to the old town.

Very impressed with the friendly service and neat rooms. Excellent breakfast. Fairly close to the places we wanted to visit (5-10 min drive) Few of the staff could speak English well, but those who could not were still friendly and willing to assist with whatever we needed.
