The ac didn’t work I tried getting help or to switch rooms but couldn’t and wouldn’t let me very disappointed and a waste of money

Went to breakfast at 6:40 and the coffee was cold, hot water had run out. The room was nice, clean, comfortable. Would stay again ...just not plan for the breakfast.
