The young lady at the registration desk was very nice and helpful.. thumbs up to her. The property was a little weathered and dated! The game room looked nothing like the picture!! Our room was ok. Asked for a first floor ended up on the second floor! My BIGGEST PROBLEM WAS THE BATHROOM!! GARAGE WAS NEVER EMPTIED THERE WAS A USED BAR OF SOAP IN THE BATHTUB WHICH TELLS ME NO ONE EVER CLEANED IT!!

I did not stay at this hotel. When I arrived there was people hanging out in the parking lot and I could not find the reservation desk due to remodeling, I guess, so I just booked a room some place else.

I stayed here while in transition to move... Day 1... After coming in late from work, I found that my room wasn't cleaned. The tub and fridge were nasty. The counters hadn't been wiped down. I asked for another room and was told they were all booked up, but that I could move tomorrow. I was so exhausted and the bed appeared to have been the only thing that was changed. So I stayed. Day 2... After coming in again from work, I went down to check on my new room and was told that they were out of rooms. I told the guy that I had asked for my room to be changed due to my room not being cleaned. He said, there were none, and that I needed come in earlier. I explained, that I work 2 jobs and that it wasn't possible. He said that he'd have one for me the next day. I asked if someone could come clean my room and was told that they'd do it in the morning, because no cleaning staff was available. Day 3... After working... I found that I couldn't get into my room. After walking back around from the office to enquire about my room change, and was told no rooms were available. I was very upset to say the least. I enquired about the manager, and was informed that he would be in thy next day around 11 am. I informed the staff who was rude, that I would again be at work, and so I needed the manager's name so that call. He told me he wasn't able to give me his name. He let me in my room... The bed had been made and the towels changed, only. I was never given a new room. Never again!
