We booked as 2 families with small children.. We booked 9 months in advance. We were given rooms on different floors. They were not interested in helping to overcome. A coach arrived when we were trying to book in. A line up of over 60 people with 1 person on reception. Spoke to manager in morning. Probably the rudest manager I’ve dealt with. Warning.dont book normal double room. They are horrible and on top floor with dormer window. Claustrophobic. Breakfast is poor. All ingredients cheap. Other than that hotel was ok.

We got a room beside the elevator which we try to change but the reception told us rhat they don't have any other rooms. At night it was very koud from people coming in and loud from the kitchen downstairs until 2pm.

This was my first stay at this hotel. Very nice rooms, clean and friendly staff. 5 min walk to the great La Concha beach. We enjoyed half- board and the dinner buffet was excellent. I recommend this hotel.
