Good location from the rail station. Staff were all extremely friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent and of great value with lots of choice. Our room 401 was clean with amenities as described on website. We heard little noise and had a good nights sleep. Overall, a great experience and would recommend and would stay again if visiting Köln.

It was a pleasant stay. Room was clean, functional, and spacious. Wi-Fi is good, both connection stability and speeds. Breakfast is good. Staff is always polite, and helpful. Overall, the structure seems new (or recently renovated).
