I arrived and I had to fight to unlock my door due to a loose knob. Once inside, the only part of my room that was cleaned was the bed. I was told there were no other rooms available. I went to CVS and purchased cleaning supplies and immenities. I cleaned my own bathroom, sink, counters, and refrigerator. The only thing I didn't have was a broom. I picked up the room phone to call the front desk to request a broom. It didn't work. There was no dial tone. At this point I decided to check out the next day. My original reservation was for 2 more days. I made a video of everything before, during, and after getting cleaned. I purchased beach towels to use as rugs. I will never stay at this hotel again.

I want my money back. Hotel clerk cancelled reservation due to ceiling falling down and he could not give me a comparable room.

ALTHOUGH THE HOTEL WAS LARGELY EMPTY THE "DUTY MANAGER" SAID HE COULD NOT GIVE ME ROOMS CLOSE TO MY 85 YEAR OLD MOTHER WHO SUFFERS FROM DIMENTIA AND WHO HAS A HISTORY OF MIDNIGHT STROLLS. THE HOTEL WAS MINIMALLY CLEAN, BATHROOM FACILITIES ANCIENT AND IN POOR CONDITION. THE BREAKFAST BAR WAS DIRTY, POORLY PRESENTED. I WOULD ONLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO SOMEONE NEEDING TO SAVE A COUPLE DOLLARS AT THE COST OF A GOOD NIGHTS SLEEP IN A BETTER HOTEL.
