Avoid This Hotel: Safety Concerns and Poor Service - Our stay was a disaster from start to finish. I would not recommend this location or the brand based on this experience. When we arrived at 3:30pm to check in, our rooms were not ready. We ended up waiting in the lobby until 6:30pm, only to find that our room was still unclean—there were food wrappers on the floor and sofa, dirty spots around the sink area, and the floor was extremely sticky. The "manager" cleaned the room without offering any apology. Additionally, the door lock did not feel secure because the metal near the lock had been cut away. The following night, we asked the front desk for extra towels, but they refused, claiming there were already some in our room. However, housekeeping had not serviced our room, so we didn’t receive fresh towels. After our stay, I contacted Comfort Inn customer service to share my concerns, but they simply recorded my feedback and promised to forward it to the General Manager, with no attempt to resolve the issue. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this hotel or Comfort Inn for future stays.

Rooms weren’t ready on time. No towels, no shower curtain. Terrible management, I would not recommend staying here.
