Check in and check out was a breeze. On site people were super friendly and always willing to help. Tammmy was an big help with change in credit card.Room was nice size, clean and easy to get to.Downside was we had a towl rack that was broken.Upside is it did get repaired 2 days later.Shampoo dispenser was broken but we had our own.We had trouble getting the air/heater regulated.Xfinity TV remote was difficult to use.Hit and miss & was difficult to use unless you got close. Did report the air/heater and remote.Forgot to mention the touch lights worked on right side of bed but left side was difficult & again:hit/miss.USB plugs on them did not work. Parking inside was huge, however they had surface redone & had to park on the street or in the smaller back area (3 car space) the 2nd day.Would have been nice if they had mentioned that when booking. Firepit worked very nicely and was nice to sit outside with it on. Overall we enjoyed our stay.Didn't report air/heat, lamps until we left.Older couple & we felt maybe we were having difficulty with how they worked?We were told we had to push real hard on the remote button?Regardless it would not work from the bed.

The room was beautiful, loved the fire pit, I don’t recommend booking a front room it’s really loud all night due to the road.

Great place to stay. Awesome the had bikes fit guests to ride. Clean suite. Water pressure could have been better but other that great place.
