Hotels.com customers greeted differently (not bad, but definitely different). A/C in room very cold, but turned on and off more times than normal.

They did not give me my room till after 5pm. declared it was not ready. I had to wait in the bar. Many others had to wait as well. after a long day of travel this was a challenge. I had dinner plans and I was not able to get cleaned up in time. NO discount or apology was offered for the trouble.
