This was a very disappointing stay! Started from the 1st night. Tv didn't work so we got moved to another room. Then we were woken up at 6:15am because the staff forgot to put in the system that we change rooms so someone else was given the same room. Then our keys were shut off. Breakfast was slow had to wait or ask for things to be refilled, we had no hot water for showers! Was told it would be fixed stayed there 4 nights and it was never fixed. The bathroom door was horrible falling apart and we had the bright outside light shinning in our room at night. Extremely upset that i wasted my money on this place made my trip more stressful came to visit my brother who is sick. I highly recommended paying higher price elsewhere!

We had to let the water run (the whole weekend) because it rusty. We couldn’t find the tv remote and then learned that the tv didn’t even have a plug for the outlet, only the cable cord. Over the room felt neglected and dark.
