Getting the staff to clean the room was a hassle after the first week.. They would say there going to clean it but no one every came around too.. I informed them several times that I wake up & leave prior to 9am.. so the 9am calls asking if I needed anything were pointless.. Went to the office 3x within 1 week.. spoke 3 different people & still the room wasn’t clean.. Also they have you sign tacky agreement that seems tedious at first but once been staying there for several days. You realize a lot of characters also stay there.. Which at times can seem unsafe

It's a staff name Maria she very disrespectful racist she harasses. She also will go and change the amount on your car without notifying you or letting you know why she make up her own amount to pay she very rude.
