The lock on the room window was broken. The room was on the first floor and the window could be opened from the outside. In addition, another guest was very loud and could be heard from the room at 11 pm. I had to ask the person to be less noisy several times.

I booked two king suites, I was given two king rooms. Not the same value, not the same thing. The desk clerk would do nothing to remedy the situation. The rooms were awful. They were not clean, the water was brown and unusable, the Wi-Fi was not free, the outlets near the bed didn't work, the breakfast was also terrible. Please do not waste your money. Find somewhere else! This hotel is not habitable. You can get something so much better for cheaper.
