My experience at the Quality hotel was the worst experience I have ever had in any hotel stay in the past. One of the staff at the front desk a lady who give me my first room was not customer friendly, and with attitude. The room she give me was not clean at all. The bed was not made up, the carpet was vacuum, the TV, and all the furnitures in the room were filthy with dust, and stained. The bathroom was filthy with blood stain on the floor, there was lots of mold on the walls of the bathroom. When I came back to the customer service desk, a gentle man assisted and give me another room on the next floor that was fairly better. I had to stay because booking a hotel last minute at another place was very expensive. Thanks

The rooms had trash on the floor. They had a shortage of towels and face cloths. Every morning the elevators were not on. Had to take your luggage down the exit steps. Breakfast was not ready in the morning. The employee you was in charge of cleaning the eating area got nasty with the quests because someone let plastic on the counter he yelled at everyone in the area. First and last time I will stay at your hotel.
