The hotel was convenient and clean for my weekend trip. My only complaint was the parking is limited and first come, first serve.

Great hotel for the price, very clean and comfortable, helpful and friendly staff, good location near some eateries and not far from the Subway. The breakfast isn't great - but just as you'd expect at the budget end - but there's a superb deli and bagel place just slightly down the hill. Would recommend, very handy for the cruise terminal.

I recently stayed at the Comfort Inn at 150 20th St. in Brooklyn and had a very good experience. The room was small, which I expected being in New York City, but it was very clean and had just about everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially want to recognize Marilú at the front desk. She was extremely friendly, accommodating, and very helpful throughout my stay. Excellent customer service like hers really makes a difference. The only thing I would suggest for future guests would be a simple TV channel guide card next to the television. Other than that, everything was great, and I would definitely stay there again!
