The room I checked into was not cleaned. There was hair in the bathtub, bugs on the pillows, blood on the hairdryer, the tile floors in the bathroom were not grouted down so they were sticking up and sharp, the a/c blew warm moldy smelling air, and there were questionable stains all over the couch and walls. When I confronted the front desk and asked to cancel my reservation, she said “well did YOU use the room?” Suggesting that I had placed bugs on pillows, and hair in the tub! She had literally seen me wheel my luggage up to the room 1 minute prior to contacting them. Terrible experience.

Room was dirty , chair was broken , shower door broken, breakfast wasn’t ready at 6 like advertised. Over priced for quality and area. The only positive was the coffee and creamer quality and quantity was great .
