Nice room, comfy beds, plenty of towels. Clean and updated. Not the best area,. Would return if passing thru.

I picked this hotel for a fews days because it's 5 minutes from my Apt and my gym. Super convenient, with other options being 20 minutes away. However I would not stay here again, it's a shoddily run property with terrible staff and a few unsolvable problems. I cut my trip short and moved to a Sheraton. 1. Terrible views: from every room you have a view of a dirty parking lot. 2. Noisy: thin walls mean you can hear people from other rooms. You'll also get noise from the parking lot (a blaring car alarm at 3 AM). 3. Poorly managed: there's a very old lady who manages the property who seems lost and out of control with near zero management skills. Examples: > The staff that report to her seem disinterested and oblivious. > Despite a "do not disturb" sign, staff knocked on my door 3 times, waking me up. > When checking out I asked the male (black) desk clerk (i had another reservation in 2 days) to move 2 small items from my room into storage. This person seemed disinterested and confused. When I returned and asked for my items from storage, it took Janet 5 hours to get 'em to me. I noticed my items had been rifled through and many of my clothes, a credit card, and my keys had disappeared. > It turned out that the desk clerk did not inform housekeeping who mostly disposed off (or stole) items. > When reported this gentlemen turned aggressive and angry. His pupils were dilated and he seemed high. DO NOT STAY HERE. I'll have my lawyer resolve these issues with Best Western Co.
