it was by far the worst hotel my family ever stayed at. And it’s not just because air conditioning wasn’t working 3 nights in a row, and not only they charged 3 euros per towel and charged again every time you can them but also because of rude and unprofessional Owner Davide who nasty, unfriendly and ignorant. NEVER EVER COMING BACK TO THIS HOTEL!

One of the worst travel experiences we’ve ever had. Hotel is old and rooms are quite shabby. Pillows are awful and rock hard. Lounge chairs at small beach area by hotel are disgusting. Farther from Sirmione old town than advertised. The hotel advertises itself as having air conditioning however the one in our room barely worked the first night and broke down completely on the second night of our stay. The night porter spoke no English and couldn’t fix it. We complained the next morning and were rudely told by the owner it was fine but someone would check it out- that night it was still not working. The owner was barely apologetic but given our extensive complaining said he would move us to a different room. The hotel staff took all our stuff and shoved it in our suitcases and moved them while we were out for the day. We spent another 2 hours unpacking again when we got back just to find basic things like toothbrushes and toiletries. The new room also had a broken A/C and we ended up sleeping on the balcony just to get some air. The A/C was finally fixed on our last night there. After all that, the day we checked out the owner tacked on 42 EUR without any advance notice - which he claimed were Laundry fees for hotel beach towels we used -3 EUR per towel per day. When we questioned the charges he became even more rude than he generally was during our stay. This is an establishment with zero customer service and barely one star accommodations. Don’t stay here.
