Great location close to Tower of London Easy access to the rail system Clean room, good brekky & facilities

Location was great due to our preferred visit planning , room was quite small howecer comfort was ok. Especially bad was good . Reception was a bit busy due to employees were dealing with restaurant part as well. Although we arrived 12:30 PM we paid for early check in fee, I would expect they compansate as courtesy
