The one problem each morning was that coffee was not available and it would be 15-20 minutes wait for coffee! Also, coffee availability ended at 11:00am.

Lovely venue. Morning staff very pleasant. Room was clean. Beds very comfortable. One of two rooms I reserved for two nights did not have a working toilet. I understand maintenance attempted to repair; however, it did not last. Parking the second night (Friday) was a total nightmare. The hotel was at full capacity and was hosting an event. They did not have adequate parking spaces for this. There as a gravel parking lot (not well marked) for overflow, but cars were blocking the entrance to it. We were instructed to go park across the street at another Hilton property until the event ended at 10pm to free up parking spaces. We did so and walked back to our room. We were also instructed to go and retrieve our vehicles after 10pm as they were subject to towing since we did not have reservations at that location. I am a Hilton Honors client. Hilton has not done its due diligence in accommodating for situations such as this at this location. The staff was left no good answers for the patrons who had chosen to reserve their rooms over the one-time event. I'm sure the Sales and Events staff were very happy. Never again at this location. The staff tried. Hilton let us all down.
