Love the location of this hotel. Very clean, staff is great! Love the suite - full fridge and freezer, microwave.

The stove top was on high when we got in, ruining my purse. The front door guy neglected to offer us a 1pm checkout, saying noon was the latest, and said they were full, however, we had no issue booking the same room for another night in order to have until 4 pm to check out. We paid 240 dollars for 4 hours. The Hampton across the street offers 3 pm check out fyi. There is no food available except frozen downstairs and the broken oven destroyed it. $10 mini dijorno. In our 1 bedroom suit that cost over 500 dollars for 28 hours total. Gross Nothing was ever done to fix it. BUYER BEWARE. THIS IS A GLORIFIED TRUCK STOP HOTEL

The burner on the stove was on high when we got in and burned some of our things. The oven ruined our food. Housekeeping couldn't stop knocking The front desk guy hates his job and was as cold as cold could be. He did nothing to make up for anything and is one of the main reasons I'll never go back.
