Quiet time at townhomes. Easy to get to downtown Pigeon Forge and Dollywood. The rental was stocked with kitchen amenities to do dishes and cooking utensils. The closets are large and each bedroom has a bath room—one with a shower and the other a tub shower.

It was the perfect location for our trip and had plenty of room for out family of 7. The place was renovated but still had minor cosmetic issues.They had broom but no dust pan. The first day there we had issues with the electronic lock. We called and the situation was immediately resolved.

It’s in a nice location with an okay view. I never leave reviews and definitely don’t want to leave a poor review for anyone but the townhome is in severe need of a makeover/Upgrade. There is Mix matched paint, outdated locks on the back door that was hard to work and get to stay locked. Wall paper peeling, beds were hard and very uncomfortable, carpet was dirty and stained, one mattress missing bed bug cover. Ceiling fan in king room very noisy and wobbly If renovated and upgraded this would be a great spot.
