The worst experience ever , at check in they demanded a deposit , even do the room was fully paid beforehand they were extremely rude and asked for personal information, which already had. Hotels.com should be more careful chosing what they offer, If it not a scam , it surely looks like it

Perfect stay at this hotel. The rooms are spacious, modern and clean. The location is in the heart of Roma Norte and walkable to many restaurants and shops. The property also has multiple security measures in place for peace of mind.

This was a great apartment in a really nice area. We always felt safe, even during late nights and early mornings. There are multiple restaurants and bars in the area (Including attached to the main lobby.) They offer a limited breakfast every day but Sun but there were multiple street vendor options near-by to start your day as well. The separate living area was great for our week long stay. Only suggestions are: 1. Maybe leave a laundry pod or soap for guest. 2. More than one bath towel per gueat for longer stays as there's no housekeeping on Sundays. I would absolutely return here if coming back to Mexico City.
