The hotel was very clean, great gym amenities, within walking distance to so many great restaurants and the Byward market, and the reservation desk was very helpful when we had to end our trip early because our daughter got sick. Would stay here again!

We had a good stay at AC Hotel Ottawa. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and well maintained. The rooms were comfortable, nicely designed, and had everything we needed for our stay. The staff was also friendly and helpful. The only downside for us was the location. There were quite a lot of homeless people around the area, which unfortunately made it feel less safe and comfortable, especially in the evening. Because of that, the overall experience was slightly less enjoyable. Still, the hotel itself was okisch, and we appreciated the quality and comfort during our stay.
