Check in was horrible. The reservation#would not work with the phone TSC epitomizes. Leaving guest key us in and we proceedexto the service area where the tablet couldn't check us in either. Kooook operator finally checked us in and then the card machine wouldn't work. 90 minutes later we finally had room cards and were able to get into our room.

Lovely big rooms with everything you would need. Staff on site were very approachable and helpful. Would definitely stay again

We love these kinds of self-service hotels supported by digital technology which have made check-in and -out really friendly. The room was clean and well designed, with plenty of storage areas for guests.
