April 2026 - FRONT DESK WAS CALLED REPEATEDLY. NO SOLUTIONS OFFERED NO CONCERN WAS SHOWN ANY RESPONSE FROM THE PROPERTY TO THIS REVIEW IS FALSE. N0 ATTEMPT. WAS MADE TO FIX OR REMEDY ANY ISSUE. ZERO HOT WATER SHOWER ZERO HOT WATER ZERO HOT WATER HOT TUB POOLNOT CLEAN SMART T V NO CONNECT TO INTERNET, ZERO ENTERTAINMENT MUSIC BEDROOM WINDOWS FOR THE ROOM THAT WOULD NOT CLOSE SOUNDS OF HIGHWAY IN ROOM, THE ROOM NOT SOUNDPROOF ROOM NOT CLEAN GO TO MAPS FIND MY FULL REVIEW OF PROPERTY WITH PICTURES. AND VIDEOS MOST IMPORTANT THING YOU NEED TO UNDERSTAND IS THAT THE STAFF DID NOTHING TO ACCOMMODATE. THEY MADE NO AMENDS OR HAD NO CONCERNS OF THESE ISSUES IN ANY REGARD. THIS PROPERTY. IS IT AN AREA AMONGST TRUCKING COMPANIES ON THE SIDE OF A DIRT ROAD?THERE IS NO VIEW OF ANYTHING.THERE ARE NO ACTIVITIES NEAR BY IF YOU ASK FOR ICE, YOU WILL BE TOLD THEY COULD BRING YOU ICE. BUT IT'S NOT ENOUGH. SO YOU SHOULD PROBABLY GO TO THE STORE AND BUY SOME. WHEN YOU CHECK-IN THE STAFF WILL BE BEHIND A ONE WAY MIRROR YOU DON'T EVEN GET TO SEE A STAFF MEMBER. YOU HAVE NO INTERACTION WITH ANYBODY. THIS PLACE DOES NOT PROVIDE AN EXPERIENCE WORTHY OF THE MONEY THAT THEY CHARGE. I RENTED THE MOST EXPENSIVE ROOM.THE PRIVATE EXCLUSIVE SUITE $400 PER NIGHT DO NOT LET THE PHOTOGRAPHS FOOL YOU THE ROOM IS IN DISREPAIR, IT NEEDS PAINT. IT NEEDS FIXING EXPERIENCE THAT YOU HAVE WILL EXPERIENCED TRAVELER ADVICE DO NOT TAKE THE RISK OF STAYING. AT PROPERTY UNLESS YOU WANT DIRTY BATHROBES.
