This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of GBP 75 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by PayPal. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via PayPal, subject to an inspection of the property. Please inform the guesthouse in advance if the guest arrival is before 16:00 and whether you would like to store your luggage as this service is subject to availability. The accommodation uses a self-check-in system. Instructions on how to use this property system will be sent out a few days before guests’ arrival. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorisation form and present a copy of the person’s ID and credit card.
