Most important is the property and room were clean. The evening clerk, Rebecca, was great at check in, told me about the area and a little Italian culture as it's my first time. I usually avoid the house breakfast but this was good for the price. Morning clerk, Alissia, was also great somehow managing the dinning room and checking petout. Note to management, as hard she was working, one person can't effectively do both jobs. It's not a Hilton, but it's not meant to be, but again it's clean, new and a surprisingly low price during the Holiday season.

Hotels.com.com says it has AC but the hotels manager refuses to turn it on until summer. Our room was 82F (26C) and 80% humidity. They told us to leave the window open but there is a loud disco across the street.

Our stay was ok...the building is easy to find. The 'wireless internet' they claim to have did not work in our room. When we asked front desk about it (about 3 times) the same front person would blame our units. Our 'units' are top quality!
