The rug and tile were dirty upon arrival. I had ask the cleaner to run the vacuum over the carpet on the first day when in the hallway. They did nothing so they clean every other day you’d think ok they will vacuum right nope and they did not wipe anything down day 3, they only dropped new towels nothing more but did go through my things as I had laid them a certain way but always take my valuables with me. Coming from the north I thought perhaps a swim in the lap pool, not even the water was green/ brown tinge. We did not eat or have coffee there it did appear to look and smell goo though.
