I arrived at the hotel and checked in, only to find another guest already occupying my assigned room. This was quite surprising and frustrating. The manager attempted to find me a different room, but unfortunately, all available rooms were fully booked. Additionally, I found the area surrounding the hotel to be quite unsettling; it felt unsafe and unpleasant. Overall, the experience was disappointing and far from what I expected. I won’t be booking here again in the future.

They double booked my room, Bianca the front desk clerk was rude. The property was ghetto. This place was very unprofessional.
