Never expected breakfast to be cold n packed one... Hotel staff were poor in communication skills. To avoid changing hotel I requested extension for couple of week days. However had no support from staff ended up paying double the amount to initial booking for same period. All excess money paid must be refunded without delay.

The room was clean and the staff were very cordial. Only two minor issues were the parking situation and that the elevator was not working -- luckily the latter was fixed before leaving. I did not have the breakfast therefore I cannot comment on it.
