Great location. No lift and steep stairs. We were on 3rd floor so not deal for carrying up 2 large suitcases. Apart from that a very good property in a nice area.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Where to begin...absolutely the WORST stay I can recall! I will NEVER stay at Sonder-Hancock again and I will NEVER recommend it to anyone. Never again with Sonder and probably never again with Marriott Bonvoy. Problems from the very beginning. When we got to our room, we discovered a nasty old salad that had turned into a science experiment in the fridge. So that means the place wasn't properly cleaned. Housekeeping came by the next day, supposedly to take out the salad, but she took the gallon bottle of water we bought as well! She was instructed to remove just the salad. Sonder got in touch with her and she had apparently already dumped it out. In addition, the room was freezing and the bed and furniture were VERY uncomfortable. I could go on about the incompetency of this UNSTAFFED property but there's not enough space!

Wonderful. 3 long stair flights a bit of a set back but doable. Must say the shower was awful. Low pressure and clogged shower head. Otherwise very clean and nice.
