The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. If you have booked a prepaid rate non refundable rate, the same card used for the payment must be presented for the pre-authorisation on arrival. Please make sure that the name on the credit card used for the booking corresponds to the lead guest staying at the property.
