This brand new loft is ideally situated on W Hancock Avenue in the heart of downtown Athens! This unit is perfect for game days, Parent's Weekend, or a fun getaway. This space has luxury hardwood floors, top of the line finishes, a walk in-shower, and a fully outfitted kitchenette. There is no on-site parking offered, but there is ample street parking and surface lots near by. Wonderful one-bedroom in the heart of awesome downtown Athens.Within walking distance to restaurants, UGA campus, etc. If there was a designated parking space for this location it would be perfect plus.
