If facilities were working it would be much higher rated but AC was out for our 4 night stay and the room got very humid. The WiFi was also spotty and the tv only connected via the Internet. Cons- small room, bit rough around the edges, facilities out of order Pros- lovely location on Venice canals, comfortable bed.

Very good location, 5 min walk to the sea. Well equipped kitchen and nice appartment overall. Can recommend it!
