The condo is part of the Woodland Motel with a full service office, outdoor hot tub, outdoor seating, and coin laundry. You will enjoy the great location near downtown Salida, the Arkansas River, and numerous mountain trails, skiing at Monarch, and multiple hot springs.

The host was very welcoming upon check in, and the amenities were as described online. The king efficiency sweet had the essentials to make food in unit as desired, we made a breakfast and dinner. But they don’t have all cooking stuff such as olive oil, spices available. Basic salt/ pepper shaker was included. Great that dogs were allowed to stay and a convenient trail to walk them on right across from Hotel.
