Our stay at Extended Stay was extremely disappointing from beginning to end. The hotel advertised breakfast, but it was really just a small grab-and-go setup with oatmeal packets and pre-wrapped muffins. Housekeeping was basically nonexistent. No one came to clean the room, empty the trash, or provide fresh towels during our stay. We had to ask for basic necessities ourselves. The check-in experience was also a mess. When we arrived, we were told our reservation had been canceled, and staff initially sent us to a room that was already occupied by other guests, which was uncomfortable and unprofessional. The room we finally checked into smelled like bug spray. To top it all off, at checkout the staff tried to overcharge me because of mistakes they made during the original check-in process. Instead of taking responsibility for their error, they attempted to pass the cost onto me. Overall, this was a frustrating and poorly managed experience, and I would not stay here again.
