Check in was an hour later than what was said on reservation and there was no hot water

Rooms were very clean, bed was comfy but the staff were cold. No welcome, no thank you. We didnt even get to go in the lobby. They handed the key through a window. When my wife arrive she could even find an attendant for the first 15 minute. She thought she was at the wrong place. After they finally came out my wife felt she was she was inconvenient by asking for the key.

Room was clean, bed sleep very well, shower & ac worked great.
