Found possible evidence of bedbugs (blood spotting under the sheets) in one room. Front desk moved us immediately without any protest so I guess that was cool. But overall the rooms were pretty dirty, the air conditioner made a loud banging sound, and maybe bedbugs. Also the poolside rooms were extremely humid. Definitely wouldn’t stay here again.

We needed to extend our stay one night and were told we had to make a new reservation. So we did make another reservation for one more night. When we got to the hotel the front desk guy had it all messed up but told us we would be able to stay in the same room for the 3 consecutive nights, we just had to come in the morning and “check in” again. We went the next morning and were told the front desk lady didn’t know how to do that so we had to pack up and put all our stuff back in the truck till 4pm when we could check in again. After we were told multiple times we could stay in the same room. Horrible. They need to do better training of their staff.

We stayed one night we were there for a softball tournament. My daughter enjoyed the pool. Was convenient close to McDonald’s and Walmart.
