Friendly staff, spacious room,beds and pillows uncomfortable, road noise, no bathroom fan, faulty switches, took up breakfast an hour early, renovations still in progress.. not impressed

I’ve been in $60 per night hotels that were cleaner. Roach legs on the sheets, all sorts of dirt and nastiness all over the floor and bathroom. Words cannot adequately describe how much this hotel owner doesn’t care about this property. They had signs for construction but I can assure you that this was not construction dirty…this was lack of care dirty. We tried 2 different rooms and they were awful. If the other area hotels were not all full, we would have left night one.

This hotel is currently being refurbished. The first room I was assigned had not been vacuumed and there was debris all over the carpet. I requested to be moved. My second room’s bathroom floor appeared dirty, with dried spots of something on the floor. At this point, it was midnight and I gave up. Bathroom towels smelled clean but were damp, as if they were folded/hung when not completely dry. Bed was comfortable, but I will not stay here again.
