Room was clean but the property grounds were not well maintained. Great location and helpful staff.

Wonderful courtyard to eat breakfast in or have wine and cheese from the hotel in the evening. Beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. A perfect stay!

Most of the staff was very friendly and very helpful. We did have some issues with the check-in and utilizing the card that we wanted to. The person at the desk did not do what we asked, but thankfully the very sweet lady that was at the front desk that afternoon corrected the mistake and all is well. The muffins at the breakfast were wonderful and the courtyard is quintessential Charleston.
