Very disappointed with overall experience. 1. Bathroom Dirty beyond words -shower curtain stained . Tub stained and faucet dripping constantly . Urine around base of toliet. 2. Stained bedspreads 3. very outdated and run down 4. No cups n room 5. No coffee maker 6. Ripped lamp shade 7. No telephone 8. Room service advertised - but no one at front desk . Card saying to call number to reach anyone 9. Smelled horrible in room 10. Stained carpets 11. Dark lighting 12 free breakfast- only saw waffle maker, no fruit, no yogurt. No creamer for terrible tasting coffee. 13 would NEVER RECOMMEND

Tub faucet leaked the entire time. Toilet and all mirrors were absolutely filthy. the room was cow themed and absolutely creepy. said there was breakfast but there actually was not. Key card didn’t work for the pool room so half the time I couldn’t even get in. The hot tub is at least 110 degrees, awesome if you like being boiled alive not so great if you just want to relax. they left the doors open in the dead of winter negative windchill and let the whole place become freezing cold. Provided an ice bucket but no ice machine or cups. Desk was filthy.

I should of spent a few more dollar at one of the other hotels in the area. Everything in this place is old like the 80s, or 90s they haven't put any money into maintaining the up keep. The linings to the carpet and bed probably the original from when it open. The window in our room wasn't able to close all the way. The parking lot wasn't plowed. I was scared to go in the pool and hot tub due to the look of the entire hotel. Will never stay there again.
