Even on London standards this room was very small for the pricing. The room was clean and the manager on duty was nice but the man whom I checked in with was not well trained and didn’t listen very well. He was not very attentive.

Was adequate-clean room... was dark and small but once we worked out how to turn the heating on, we weren't cold! 1st night slept under the pillows for extra warmth. Check-in staff awful so tainted experience

We had a small room for 2 person but this was a tiny room for 1 person. Also the bed was too tiny for 2 persons☹️😡
