I am so disappointed in my stay at this place. First, I booked the room through the hotels.com website. When I got to the property at 11pm with my toddler in my hands, the person at the window told me I had to give him a cash deposit otherwise he wouldn’t let me in the room. When I told him I had a reservation in my email he said it didn’t matter because he had the right to turn me away if I didn’t give him the cash (which I didn’t have, because no where in the email or on the booking website did it say anything about a CASH deposit). After explaining to him for close to 15min that I had nowhere else to go and I won’t be able to find another room at such a late time especially with my 18months old, he finally let me have my room. Second, the place was extremely dirty. The walls had red dripping stains on them, the towels were dirty, the sheets and a cover also had stains on them. It honestly looked like the only thing they did to “clean” the room is take out the trash. I understand the room was cheap, but as a paying customer I do expect a little more than rude staff and dirty room.
