Check in was slow. Short staffed housekeeping slow to clean rooms. Elevators out. Aked for a room less than 3rd floor due to handicap issue. Was first told nothiing was available. Manager came back and kindly put us in a first floor room.

You would have thought that they would have offered a discount since the elevator didn’t work and hasn’t for at least a couple weeks. The stairs aren’t easy to navigate when you have had two back surgeries.
