Great for pets, room was clean, bed was not great

Staff was never available. While our room was relatively clean, the lobby and breakfast area was filthy. Breakfast was same as nonexistent. Coffee was cold and there was dog hair everywhere. We will never stay here again.

First room they checked us into wasn’t ready. We walked in and the beds weren’t made, there were dead bugs all over the floor, and a wasp in the window. Second room was cleaner, but still found hair and dirt in the bathroom, moved a chair and found more dead bugs. Had the window open and noticed a wasp in the window, we shut the window trapping the wasp. When we left and came back there was two more wasps hovering around the door, had to wait for them to leave. The furniture in the room was outdated and didn’t match. The property itself was poorly maintained as well, multiple piles of dog poop outside from the owners dog, cigarette butts all over outside the rooms. Also was told I paid for a kitchenette, but didn’t get one and didn’t get reimbursed the difference. Was told I wouldn’t get a reimbursement because it was booked thru a third party company.
