We had an issue with our bathroom door and shower head squirting water upwards. But staff came to try to fix and offered a room change however only there for two nights so didn’t bother. Was ok for short stay we worked around it

Need to request room cleaning every day. One day didn’t come clean up room. Forgot giving water for 2 days. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Breakfast is fine.

It was one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. It may not be a five-star hotel, but the service certainly felt like five-star. The hotel itself was excellent, the staff were outstanding, and the service was truly exceptional. I would especially like to thank the lady at the reception for her kindness and professionalism. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip to London.
