Pulled into the parking lot where it became apparent we going into a construction zone. Was greeted by the cheerful agent at check in. "We have you in one of our newly renovated rooms." Thoughts of fesh paint, clean carpet and working bathroom fixtures immediately entered the mind. Imagine the disappointment when we walked through the door. No fresh paint smell. No fresh carpet. No renovated bathroom anything. The ceiling and walls contain what could be years of repairs and pooly applied patchwork. No amount of cleaning can restore the bathtub to a bearly acceptable condition - it needed replaced. The comode seat was held with a single fastener. The vanity mirror is updated and impressive but it's the only thing in the area that housekeeping has touched in a very long time. The property is in a high traffic area with lots of nighttime car/truck noise. The only pluses were the new, really comfortable, beds and no bugs. Didn't stop for breakfast but the waffles smelled good. The investors in this property need to review the contracts and the results to see if their expectations are being met.
