The shower would not drain, the elevator would try closing on you & the pool was too cold to swim in. Because the shower wouldn’t drain, I fell in the shower and no one asked how I was, never apologized and I never heard from the manager about my fall. There was no coffee in the room, either day & the hairdryer in the room didn’t work.

The first room that I was given had a broken door jam and tyou could see through a 1" gap in the door into the hallway. Called the front desk to report but never got an answer. Went down stairs, rang the bell and proceeded to wait another 5 minutes for anyone to come to help. Stood there another 10 minutes to get moved to a room with smaller beds and once in, the ac was broke. No hot water to shower. Will not stay here again!

Definitely will be staying here again. The whole was clean. The parking lot has good lighting and spacious parking. The staff were extremely friendly and professional. The beds are super comfortable. The room ac works great. The room was very spacious and very clean. We were unable to use the pool and hot tub due to it being under maintenance but staff did say it will be ready soon. I do recommend this hotel. It is very convenient to what the town has to offer. It is a very quiet property as well.
