The Mansion looks very impressive and lovely grounds. The staff were attentive. We stayed in a self catering apartment. The apartment was large and the bedroom was large and comfortable. However the living room requires some care and attention. The heater had paint coming off and the paint flakes were over the floor. Sadly not a great first impression. The heating was not on when we arrived in the apartment which was not great as the room was very cold. The food was delicious and a reasonable price. I would love you stay at the mansion again however I would book a room in the main building.

Reception team at check in were extremely helpful. The room was very big, lovely views of the grounds and most importantly was clean. Bar team were quick, friendly and efficient. Check out was easy and hassle free. We walked around some of the grounds in the morning which were beautiful.

Booked the one bedroom apartment Clean , good equipped kitchen, bath which is always bonus to me I hate showers Apartment ideal for me Only down point but personal preference could have done with a heavier duvet Highly recommend this hotel
