Do not book with this hotel. It has been closed down since 2023 and the company are still taking peoples money. I had to threaten them with the Police to receive a refund. They are part of the OYO group which is situated in India. They have at least 4 hotels in Great Yarmouth that are all closed down and are still taking bookings

Cancelled my booking on friday opened my booking on Saturday informed me i shoukd travel got 1 hr told booking cancelled spent a hour trying to contact them no refund no answer on phone digusting wont be using expedia agaon

Notice on door to ring a number. We rang to be told shut and we had been transferred. Feel let down by Expedia. Guest house is nothing like the photo advertising it and looks run down and dirty.
